Your child's first four weeks with us.

The Confidence Start gives your child four weeks to settle in at Pymble. Half days first, full days when they're ready, with a personal phone call, photos and a written update from our dedicated team after every session.
Day 1
Parent & child orientation
You stay the whole time. Your child meets their dedicated educator. The family fills in an enrolment form. No fees begin.
Weeks 1 and 2
Half-day sessions
Shorter sessions so your child can settle gently. Phone call, written update and photos from our experienced educators after every session.
Weeks 3 and 4
Full-day sessions
Children attend full days as they get comfortable in the daily rhythm. Updates and photos continue throughout.
End of Week 4
Warm conversation
Amber sits with you to talk about how your child has settled and the enrolment schedule that will work best from here.
By Week 4, you'll know if Pymble is the right fit. Enrolment is just confirming it.

I'm the Centre Director here at Giggle & Learn Pymble. I have over eight years of experience in early childhood, and my aim is to create a learning environment where every child feels accepted, known and nurtured.

When you book the Confidence Start, your child spends their first four weeks with a consistent team of qualified educators, not a rotating roster of agency staff. We'll call you after every session, send authentic photo updates, and make time for real conversations about how your child is settling and growing.

We welcome children from 8 weeks to 6 years of age. Our Pymble centre includes dedicated learning studios for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, each designed to support the unique developmental needs of every age group.

Our Pymble centre is open Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. We offer full-day care, a structured learning program and flexibility for busy working families.

Yes. Our Pymble team includes bachelor-qualified Early Childhood Teachers, diploma educators and experienced assistants who are passionate about intentional teaching. All educators hold a Working With Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications.

Safety is our first priority. Our Pymble centre includes:

  • Supervision ratios that meet or exceed regulations
  • Purpose-built learning environments designed for safe exploration
  • Strict hygiene and cleaning procedures
  • Regular child safety training for all staff

Your daily fee at Pymble includes:

Our Ready, Set, School program helps children build confidence in literacy, numeracy, communication and social skills. We work closely with families and local schools, including Gordon West Public School, located just across the road, to support a smooth transition to big school.

We keep families connected through the OWNA app, where you’ll receive daily photos, updates, learning stories and important notices. Our educators also take time during drop-off, pick-up and scheduled meetings to share insights about your child’s progress.

Absolutely. We offer personalised tours so you can meet the team, explore our learning studios and experience our philosophy in action. Tour sessions are limited each week to ensure every family receives a personalised experience.

A "free trial" is a marketing offer. The Confidence Start is the way we transition every new child at Pymble. It's part of how we provide quality care, not a promotion. Your child is enrolled with us from Day 1 for ratios and insurance, but fees only begin once enrolment is confirmed at the end of the four weeks. There's no trial-period contract to opt out of, no fine print, no money-back claim. Just four weeks for your child to settle in.

Yes we have undercover onsite parking for you to safely get your child out of the car and even a lift to come directly into the service for ease of access with your pram.

From January 2026, every Australian family receives up to 72 subsidised hours fortnightly under the new childcare subsidy rules, regardless of income. The subsidy is means-tested and capped at the government's daily rate limit, so your actual savings will vary.
